Sustainable Rubberwood

Posted by Ellie Snyman on July 27, 2014 (Comments Closed)

Rubberwood Dining Table Versatile rubberwood, imported from the latex producing forests of Thailand.  This hardworking tree produces latex for between 26 – 30 years, then it is chopped down – and immediately replaced with a new sapling. The appearance of the wood is very similar to white oak, but can be stained to almost any colour required, or simply oiled or distressed.  Also, the price is very appealing. Contact us with your own design or idea and we will create a piece of beauty.
